Greetings, Underachievers!

Some weeks I have a joke in search of a set, but other times, I have a set in search of a joke.  That's what happened this week, when I was inspired to try and put some kind of sewer together.  Trouble it, when you don't have anything to go with it, it's a heck of a lot easier to throw away a joke with no set than a set with no joke.  So, you're getting what I could come up with this week.  Funny?  How do I know?  I'm desperate over here...
